KYC Coordinator
Karina Băcan
One year of experience in the Know Your Customer field of activity, began her journey as a Junior Officer and has steadily progressed to the role of KYC Coordinator.
Driven by a commitment to customer safety and success, Karina is motivated by a strong desire to optimize internal workflows and continuously improve operational efficiency.
She is currently pursuing her studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures, where she nurtures her passion for English and German philology.
Beyond academics, Karina is an active member of the Student Association, contributing to a variety of projects that support both the student community and the organization’s development.
KYC Supervisor
Victor Aldea
Victor joined the KYC project in 2024 and was promoted to KYC Supervisor role just six months later - a testament to his dedication, punctuality, persistence, and enthusiasm. In his current role, he ensures the quality of KYC reports and supports his colleagues through training and Q&A sessions, working closely alongside Karina.
He is currently a student at the “George Coșbuc” National Bilingual College, specializing in philology. Passionate about marketing, media, digital design, and community service, Victor has accumulated around 150 hours of volunteer work with various organizations, including Art Safari, the World Education Fair Romania, and the Municipal Student Council of Bucharest.
Branding Manager & KYC Officer
Daria Nistor
One year of experience as a KYC Officer and Manager of various digital design and branding projects, Daria brings a strong blend of analytical and creative skills. Her work has focused on project management and shaping the visual identity of the company.
She is currently attending the Cultural Studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures.
For the past year, Daria has served as Creative Director for the Faculty's creative writing magazine, STAMPED, where she now leads the Design Team, overseeing the entire creative process from concept to execution.
